Nominate a Child for an Adaptive Bike

Help give a child the freedom to ride. Submit a nomination for a child who would benefit from an adaptive bike and be part of a life-changing opportunity.

 

How It Works

• Submit a nomination by filling out the online application below

• Once approved, the child will be included in the campaign

• Supporters can donate to give that child votes

• At the end of the campaign, a winner is selected through a random drawing

Before You Apply

Please review the following before submitting a nomination:

• Participant must live in or near the Chicagoland area

• An in-person fitting will be required at 2930 Campton Hills Road, St. Charles, IL 60175 by April 8, 2026
  • Fittings will be scheduled upon approval of the application

• Must be able to attend an in-person evaluation(s) and bike fitting in St. Charles, IL

• Must be able to provide transportation to required appointments

• Must agree to participate in media, including photos and story sharing

• We strongly encourage families to return the bike if it is no longer needed so it can be provided to another child

Event Participation Required

All approved participants are required to attend Project Mobility’s annual Everybody Rides event in St. Charles, IL on May 31. Failure to attend the event will result in forfeiture of the adaptive bike and removal from eligibility for future bike giveaways.

• Submission does not guarantee acceptance into the campaign

• Approval is based on program guidelines and eligibility

• Adaptive bikes are custom-built and may take time for delivery
