Community Champions
Honoring Extraordinary Impact
While adaptive bike recipients are selected through a certified random drawing, Project Mobility also recognizes participants whose extraordinary fundraising efforts help expand access to adaptive cycling for even more individuals with disabilities.

Community Champions represent the heart of this program, inspiring their communities, raising awareness, and creating opportunities that change lives far beyond their own campaign.

What is a Community Champion?
Community Champions are participants who raise at least 125% of the campaign fundraising goal during the Adaptive Bike Giveaway Sweepstakes.

Their extraordinary fundraising efforts help provide additional adaptive bikes, expand awareness of adaptive cycling, and strengthen Project Mobility's mission of creating freedom, independence, and joy through adaptive cycling.

Community Champion recognition is earned through fundraising achievement and is separate from the certified random drawing.

Community Champion Priority
If a Community Champion is not selected through the certified random drawing, the highest fundraising Community Champion will receive Community Champion Priority toward the next available fully funded adaptive bike opportunity through Project Mobility.

Community Champion Priority recognizes exceptional fundraising while preserving the fairness and integrity of the sweepstakes.

The Impact
Community Champions don't just help fund an adaptive bike for one child, they help make adaptive cycling possible for many others.

Their generosity, advocacy, and commitment continue to inspire communities while expanding opportunities for individuals with disabilities to experience the freedom, independence, and joy of adaptive cycling.
