Official Rules

1. Organizer

This campaign is organized by Project Mobility, a nonprofit organization located in St. Charles, Illinois.

2. No Purchase Necessary

No donation or purchase is necessary to enter or win. A donation will not increase the odds of winning beyond the number of entries received.

3. Eligibility

This campaign is open to individuals who participate by making a donation or submitting a free entry through the Alternative Method of Entry by clicking here.

​

To be eligible to receive an adaptive bike, nominated individuals must meet Project Mobility’s Adaptive Bike Giveaway requirements, including:

  • Must reside in or near the Chicagoland area

  • An in-person fitting will be required at 2930 Campton Hills Road, St. Charles, IL 60175 within 7 days of application approval. 

    • Fittings will be scheduled upon approval of the application

  • Must be able to attend an in-person evaluation and bike fitting in St. Charles, Illinois

  • Must be able to arrange transportation to and from required appointments

  • Must agree to participate in media, including use of name, story, and photos for promotional purposes

  • We strongly encourage families to return the bike if it is no longer needed so it can be provided to another child.

  • Must comply with all program guidelines and timelines, including pickup and follow-up requirements

  • All approved participants are required to attend all in person fittings and delivery of bike. Failure to attend any of these items listed will result in forfeiture of the adaptive bike and removal from eligibility for future bike giveaways.

Project Mobility reserves the right to approve or deny any nomination based on program guidelines and eligibility criteria.

Void where prohibited by law.

4. Campaign Period

Each campaign period will be communicated prior to the start of a campaign.

​

Entries received outside of the campaign period will not be eligible.

​

5. How to Enter

Donation Entry Method

​

Participants may enter by making a donation and selecting a child to support. Each donation receives a corresponding number of entries based on the donation level displayed on the campaign page and below.

$10 - 10 entries

$25 - 35 entries

$50 - 100 entries

$100 - 250 entries

$250 - 750 entries

Free Entry Method (Alternative Method of Entry)

​

Participants may request one (1) free entry by submitting the official Alternative Method of Entry Form available above in "Eligibility".

​

Limit one (1) free entry per person and per email address.

​

6. Entry Limits and Verification

  • Donations may be made multiple times, and each donation will receive entries accordingly.

  • Free entry is limited to one (1) per person.

  • Entries are subject to verification.

  • Any attempt to submit multiple free entries, use false identities, or manipulate the system may result in disqualification.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

At the end of the Campaign Period, all eligible entries will be combined into a single pool.

​

Winner(s) will be selected through a random drawing.

​

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of entries assigned to each child.

​

8. Prize

The selected child(ren) will receive a custom adaptive bike tailored to their specific needs.

​

The number of bikes awarded may increase based on total funds raised during the campaign.

​

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

​

9. Notification of Winner

The selected winner(s) will be notified after the drawing using the contact information provided.

​

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable time, an alternate winner may be selected.

​

10. Use of Funds

All donations support Project Mobility’s mission to provide adaptive mobility equipment to children with disabilities.

​

11. Publicity

By participating, entrants agree that Project Mobility may use names, stories, and submitted content for promotional and marketing purposes, unless prohibited by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Project Mobility is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures or website issues

  • Lost, late, or incomplete entries

  • Errors in entry processing

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Project Mobility from any liability arising from participation in the campaign.

​

13. General Conditions

Project Mobility reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign if necessary due to fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control.

​

14. Governing Law

This campaign is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

​

17. Age Requirement


To be eligible to receive an adaptive bike, the nominated child must be 21 years of age or younger as of start of campaign.
