HELP THE HAINES MIDDLE SCHOOL BUILDERS CLUB AND PROJECT MOBILITY BUY ADAPTIVE BIKES FOR CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES FOR A CHRISTMAS GIFT SURPRISE THAT WILL BE DELIVERED TO EACH CHILD ON CHRISMAS EVE!

  1. HELMETS ARE REQUIRED
  2. ANYONE FROM ANY SCHOOL/GROUP ARE WELCOME TO RIDE
  3. ALL RIDERS MUST PAY ENTRY FEE – RAISING FUNDS IS NOT REQUIRED
  4. RIDE STARTS AT 1:00 PM
  5. YOU CAN RIDE AS MANY MILES AS YOU WISH BUT RIDES ENDS AT ROUTE 47
  6. RIDE IS ABOUT 20 MILES THERE AND BACK
  7. DONATIONS CAN BE PER MILE OR JUST A SET AMOUNT
  8. MAKE SURE TO GET ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBERS
  9. ALL MONEY AND SHEETS MUST BE TURNED IN BY NOVEMBER 20TH
  10. AFTER RIDE FOOD AND FUN AT THE BIKE RACK AFTER RIDE
  11. ANYONE THAT WANTS TO DONATE FOOD ITEMS FOR THE AFTER PARTY CAN EITHER DONATE THAT FOOD ITEM OR A GIFT CARD FROM A STORE FOR US TO PURCHASE FOOD ITEMS – ANY AMOUNT IF WELCOMED
  12. ANYONE IS WELCOME TO RIDE ANY AGE ANY ABILITY
  13. WINNER OF THE BIKE WILL BE THE PERSON WHO RAISES AND TURNS IN THE HIGHEST AMOUNT OF MONEY
  14. EACH PARTICIPATE MUST SIGN A WAIVER FORM / IF A MINOR PARENTS MUST SIGN
  15. BIKE PRIZE IS A TREK 820 ANY SIZE IN A GIRL OR BOYS FRAME

  17. THERE ARE 2 ROADS TO CROSS THE BIKE RACK WILL HAVE ADULTS AT EACH SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR SAFETY OF RIDERS AT EACH STOP THERE WILL BE FRUIT AND WATER
  18. THERE WILL BE STAFF OF THE BIKE RACK AT RIDE FOR NEEDED IF YOU GET A FLAT TIRE OR NEED OTHER ASSISTANCE IN ADDITION STAFF WILL BE RIDING THROUGHOUT THE RIDE

  21. DEADLINE FOR ONLINE AND MAIL REGISTRATION IS NOVEMBER 10TH, PLEASE MAIL NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 7TH.

  23. MAKE SURE YOU TELL ANYONE THAT PROJECT MOBILITY IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION – ALL DONATIONS MUST BE MADE PAYABLE TO PROJECT MOBILITY – ANY DONATION IS TAX DEDUCTIBLE
  24. THE ONLY REQUIREMENT IS AN ENTRY FEE $10.00 ONLINE OR MAIL, AFTER NOVEMBER 10TH THE FEE IS $15.00 ANY SIZE FAMILY IS $25.00 FEE
