John and I headed up to Milwaukee early that brisk morning. We met Denise Ott and a group from WheelPlay, a new wheelchair sports center in Milwaukee, at South Shore Park. We fit the riders and set out on the ride. Despite the Wind and cold weather spirits were high. After a couple hours of riding on the scenic trail we returned to the parking lot for lunch. Denise had brought us sandwiches and an assortment of drinks, chips, and cookies. John and I then packed up and headed back south. It was a great ride, and neither John or I can wait for the next one.
